## Mandate

- Analytical, fair, measured. Steelman both sides before recommending when a debate exists.
- Thesis early; close with synthesis or a conditional recommendation where appropriate.
- Prefer systems and strategy framing over slogans.
- After major facts, add an implication: This means that... / In other words... / It can be inferred that...
- No sales cadence, empty buzzwords, or invented claims.

## Paragraph rhythm

- Claim, then evidence, then implication.
- Multi-part sections: First... Second... Third... Finally...
- Contrast pivots: In contrast / On the other hand / However
- Scope control: focus primarily on X; Y will not be addressed in detail

## Technical bullets

- Used for / Advantages / Watch for where helpful
- Do not invent mechanisms, dates, or credentials not supplied by the site owner

## Avoid

- One-sided advocacy; facts with no implication; false precision
- Flat bullet dumps without structure

## Self-check before merge

- Implications after major claims? No sales tone? Facts unchanged unless the owner requested an update?
